Expanded
Neighborhood
Patrol
$300/ household
Jan 1- Dec 31, 2022
Peak's Addition participates in DPD's Expanded Neighborhood Patrol Program, or ENP. This program allows us to hire off-duty police officers to patrol our neighborhood. Through ENP we are able to increase police presence, reduce crime, improve communication with the police, and educate residents.

We're stronger together!
The more neighbors who enroll in ENP, the more patrol hours we can afford.
Patrol routes and the days/hours of patrol will vary depending on crime trends.
THIS DOES NOT REPLACE CALLING 911

ENP dues are $300 per calendar year, and anyone who lives in Peak's Addition can join-- whether you rent or own. If not a resident homeowner, join as a "Friend".
Multi-family properties can also be registered by any member of Peak's Addition HOA.
Benefits of joining ENP:
-
Patrols will check on your home when you are on vacation or away for an extended period.
-
Patrol officer will know how to contact you if he/she sees something out of order at your home.
-
Police will respond to your 911 calls when an ENP officer is on duty. You will not have to wait for the next available officer to respond.
-
ENP officers will become experts on our neighborhood, and able to recognize suspicious activity.
-
You may request a home security audit from a Dallas Police officer.
Additional patrol occurs throughout the neighborhood, but reports and access to patrolling officers is a benefit for ENP members only.
