Victor’s Cafe Opening for Dinner by Elizabeth Nelson

Victor's Café, the host of our January meeting, located at 132 N. Peak, will soon be open for dinner. This little neighborhood café enjoyed opening its doors for Peak’s Addition on January 6th and will soon be open to the public in the evenings, Wednesday through Saturday. They are already open Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Beginning next week, they will also be open on certain evenings. Wednesday and Thursday they will stay open until 8:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday they will stay open until 9:00 PM.
For those of you who have not yet enjoyed Victor’s cuisine, they serve a variety of delicious breakfast entrees including but not limited to: breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, migas, and huevos ranchero. For lunch and dinner they serve many affordable Mexican dishes as well as traditional American burgers with fries. Sometimes you just need a cheeseburger!
Victor’s will take your “to go” order over the phone if you are in a hurry, or you can dine in for any meal. I am personally looking forward to another affordable and delicious dinner option in our neighborhood. Oh, and you can bring your own alcoholic beverage of choice, so BYOB for dinner and enjoy!
