June applications for “Certificate of Appropriateness” (CA):
- 4500 Junius Street – replace wood skirting
- 4804 Junius Street – install new fence, 6’ wrought iron, 70% open
- 4808 Junius Street – install new fence, 6’ wrought iron, 70% open, security gate
- 4104 Junius Street – install new fence, change lintel from cast to brick, address windows CA application submittal date change for July! Due to the July 4th Holiday, the submittal date for the August Landmark Commission meeting has been moved from the traditional ‘First Thursday’ to TUESDAY, JULY 1st. So, for this coming month, ALL CA’S ARE DUE BY 5 PM, TUESDAY, JULY 1st.
