- 4725 Swiss Avenue - new cornerside fence
- 4836 Gaston Avenue - demolition of non-contributing structure
May CA applications are due to Mark Doty by Thursday May 1st, 2008
A compliment made by this year's tour of homes guests, one heard over and over again, was "what a wonderful friendly neighborhood, full of so many beautiful old houses". These beautiful old houses are made possible by YOU. Our dutiful (read, abiding by the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation upon which PSAHD guidelines are based), back-breaking and, need I say it, rather expensive restoration efforts have truly made our neighborhood one of both grace and historic integrity. Trust me, people are noticing.
